Principal Engineer, CRM & MarTech

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer, CRM & MarTech.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical leader for a high-impact team, designing solutions to influence client conversion, engagement, and retention

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional partners for technical discovery, decision-making, and project execution

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster team growth and collaboration

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 2+ years in technical leadership

Hands-on experience building and scaling resilient microservice architectures

Previous experience in a Marketing Technology stack and partnering with marketing teams

Experience with AWS platform solutions and various AWS services

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
