• Work a three-four matrix schedule : three days the first week, four days the second week
• Includes every other weekend requirement
• Work on 2nd floor of Cat Scan unit (726)
• Handle comprehensive diagnostic and interventional CT procedures including cardiac imaging
• Perform trauma and stroke protocols
• Work with patient mix of 47% inpatient, 49% emergency, and 4% outpatient cases
• Unit processes approximately 2,600 procedures per month
• Must have ARRT(R)(CT) certification, Texas GMRT license, and BLS (American Heart Association)
• Acute care and trauma CT experience required
• Venipuncture skills required
• Must provide copy of high school or college diploma
• Cardiac CT and interventional CT guidance experience preferred
• Work with GE 64 slice VCT, GE 16 slice Brightspeed, and 2 GE 16 slice Optima scanners
• Use Meditech RIS and McKesson PACS systems
