The Client Center of Excellence is seeking a Digital Value Creator to join our dynamic team in a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client engagement. We are searching for a forward-thinking professional with a passion for unlocking growth through transformative innovation, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on client success.

This role will lead the acceleration of digital adoption across the client lifecycle by crafting strategies that empower teams, streamline operations, and elevate the user experience. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital adoption - from strategy through execution - ensuring that tools are not only implemented but embraced, optimized, and scaled.

This leadership opportunity demands a strategic thinker with a transformational mindset -someone who can translate enterprise vision into actionable frameworks that drive measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify adoption barriers, design enablement programs, and embed digital capabilities into core business processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managing complex transformations and navigating heavily matrixed environments, with a proven ability to build solid relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. You will bring deep expertise in change management, user experience, and digital platforms, with a passion for leveraging AI and automation to unlock new levels of efficiency and innovation. As a champion for digital transformation, you will instill best practices in automation, data-driven decision making, and user-centric design to ensure every initiative delivers tangible outcomes.

This role requires a transformational mindset to reimagine how teams engage with technology, accelerate automation of the sales cycle, and shape multi-year strategies that unlock enterprise-wide opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Technology Utilization & Optimization
  • Lead and grow a dedicated team responsible for crafting an integrated digital adoption program, ensuring that users confidently embrace and maximize the value of new technologies
  • Identify usage gaps and devise targeted strategies to enhance user engagement and increase adoption rates
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations to implement technology solutions tailored to end user needs
  • Establish operational rigor to seamlessly integrate new technologies and AI within business processes, driving consistent and sustainable transformation
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
  • Lead change initiatives to support digital transformation by creating clear communication and adoption plans
  • Develop business process maps to improve workflows and support successful digital transformation
  • Manage resistance and foster a culture of innovation and adaptability
  • Collaborate with Technology, Growth, Marketing and Product teams to align digital adoption strategies with business goals
  • Serve as an executive partner to senior leaders across Growth, Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and Operations to engage in launching new technology and tools
  • Bridge technical teams and end-users to guarantee seamless transitions during adoption phases
  • Work with Technology and Digital Strategy teams to incorporate user feedback and insight into future design and planning
  • Establish and track adoption metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Drive a culture of innovation, rapid testing and continuous learning

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of combined experience and a proven record of large-scale transformations delivering measurable results
  • 8+ years in progressive leadership within digital adoption and change management
  • 8+ years in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated track record of active collaboration, engagement, oversight, and strategy development of key growth opportunities
  • Proven solid executive presence and communication skills, including proven capability to effectively present plans and advocate strategies to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to act as an innovative thought leader and business partner to executives across multiple business units
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate ambiguity, complexity, and rapid change with an entrepreneurial mindset and solid decision-making skills
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience supporting digital adoption and technology change management initiatives
  • 5+ years in leadership roles within adoption or change management
  • Solid understanding of client lifecycle and sales experience
  • All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $156,400 to $268,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
