Education Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.Experience Requirements :
No prior work experience is required.Licenses and Certifications :
Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee, recognized by the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy.Essential Skills and Abilities :
Competence in preparing and understanding moderate complexity written materials, such as patient records.Effective verbal communication with colleagues, physicians, and other professionals.Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment.Skills in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects seamlessly.Supervision :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to therapy assistants.Physical Demands :
This role involves various physical activities including climbing, pushing, standing, and assisting patients.Requires the ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and / or 25 lbs. of force frequently.Close visual acuity is necessary for patient assessment and record management.Frequent interactions with patients, including invasive and non-invasive contacts.Exposure to bodily fluids and hazardous materials may occur.Quick reaction to emergency situations is essential.Our Associates are dedicated to exceeding expectations and providing compassionate care to our community.
