We are currently seeking a full-time Client Account Specialist focused on insurance solutions to join our growing organization. This position is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Please note, this is an onsite role and is not eligible for remote work.

Projected First Year Earnings : $65,000 - $85,000 (Each Year Compensation Increases)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand individual insurance needs and financial situations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations and solutions based on thorough analysis of client data.
- Navigate and update client records in our internal databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to facilitate seamless client experiences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout all interactions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on client engagement activities and outcomes to management.
- Engage in community events and networking activities to promote the company's services and enhance client acquisition efforts.
- Advise clients on policy adjustments and renewals, ensuring solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
Requirements
Proven experience in client services, insurance, or a similar role is highly desirable.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse clientele.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software and other industry-related IT systems.A valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one upon hiring (We walk you through it).Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.A strong ethical framework for handling sensitive and confidential information.Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.Flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced business setting.Salary / Compensation : $65,000 - $100,000 per year plus commission
