Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Overview
JOB SPECIFICS :
- Established practice seeking a second FM / OB physician to join our dedicated primary care team and serve a growing community and patient base.
- Collaborate with our skilled FM / OB physician and NaPro Surgeon to provide exceptional OB care and procedures, including cesarean sections.
- Practice in a beautifully designed, functional, and well-equipped medical office alongside experienced family physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Engage with and contribute to the professional growth of local Family Medicine residents
- General clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with flexibility to support work / life balance
- Epic EMR
- H1B and J1 visa applications accepted
