Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in drafting and negotiating clinician employment and services agreements

Act as the primary point of contact for regional executives regarding contract negotiations

Identify and implement improvements to contract templates and workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal language in a fast-paced environment

4 years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
