Position Summary :

The manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio and working very closely with the studio owner. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from cleaning the studio to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand.

When you first open, the studio manager may also be the sales manager who will be responsible for sales of memberships and building business at the franchise.

Qualifications :

• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-ends goods & services preferred
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
• Contagious upbeat personality
• Motivation and drive
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
