Inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology, to request and verify benefitsHandle and carefully respond to all customer inquiriesProvide excellent customer service through active listeningWork with confidential customer information and treat it sensitivelyAim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactiveAppropriately and professionally communicate with customersProviding support for Health Care ProvidersResearching benefit informationHandle situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive researchAccurately document and maintain all interactionsVerify each caller according to our verification standardsQualifications
What We're Looking For
Qualifications :
1 year customer service experience minimum in a medical related field or call centerOver 18 years of ageAbility to type 25 wpmHigh School Graduate or GEDProficient with desktop computer system and the ability to self-troubleshootAbility to multi-task between talking and typingExcellent Windows operating system and browser skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to handle high stress situations and difficult customers / membersAvailability to work various shiftsResume requiredKey Competencies :
