In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your project controls and cost knowledge within all phases of a project, while gaining experience on a large-scale semi-conductor project. / ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities : / h3ulliSet up the project filing system. / liliManage confidential project information utilizing a database, software, or filing system. / liliFormulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records in conjunction with the client contract. / liliEstablish documentation policies, processes, and databases to ensure compliance and quality control. / liliCollaborate with cross-functional departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely implementation of changes to controlled documents. / liliPlan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost. / liliValue Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal. / liliCommunicate with and manage project stakeholders. / liliPrepare Project Management plan and fee budget / proposal at the project outset. / liliEvaluate documents and communicate the clients specific goals and expectations to all project team members. / liliDevelop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project, beginning with the initial Project Management Plan. / liliRe-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses against the goals, expectations, and the needs of the client, and recommend adjustments as necessary. / liliCoordinate with cost management group as applicable for preparation of cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation. / liliOrganize and maintain framework for project team processes and record keeping of electronic and physical documents. / liliDrive the permitting process by designing team documents to be submitted to various local, state, and federal agencies and ensure the applicable permits are moving through the process efficiently. / liliEnsure the project design management continues to follow the client project documents such as budget, scope, schedule, and clients design standards. / liliPrepare cost and revenue projections. / liliOther duties as assigned. / liliAttendance at work during normal business hours. / li / ulh3Knowledge Skills Required : / h3ulliExperience with setting up and maintaining a project filing system. / liliExperience with record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal. / liliAbility to manage confidential project information. / liliUtilize effective written and oral communication skills. / liliUnderstand how your role contributes to the organizations goals. / liliDeliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. / liliHold self-accountable to individual and team goals. / liliConsistently communicates and collaborates with team members and clients. / liliBuild relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. / liliProactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. / liliDemonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough. / liliExercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe. / li / ulh3Preferred Education and Experience : / h3ulliEducation : Bachelors degree in Business Administration Degree or equivalent / liliExperience : A minimum of 5 years experience in construction administration / liliPreferred Certification : Document Control certification from accredited institution (ie, Consepsys). / liliProficient in Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and SharePoint and / or similar Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). / liliFamiliarity with AI in Construction and / or Document Control. / liliProficient in Microsoft 365. / liliFamiliarity with project lifecycle, technical documents and drawings (ie, BIM). / li / ulpThe salary range for this full-time role is $95,000.00-$126,666.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
