Title : Server Assistant, Le Depot Brasserie

Compensation : $7.25 / hr + tips; Benefits available for full-time employees

Location : Le Depot Brasserie; Park City, Utah

Reef's team is currently involved in some of the most prominent development transactions in Utah and other targeted geographies across the United States.

Reef has partnered with a growing restaurant group led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination. Together, we have developed two new concepts : a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).

Position Overview :

The Server Assistant is essential to the smooth and efficient meal service within Le Depot. They ensure table orders are coursed correctly, plated correctly and match the guests specifications as indicated on the kitchen ticket.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with the kitchen line to fire tickets and ensure an order is accurate and complete
• Set up the front side of the line with all necessary equipment and food items
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients used, and the preparation and cooking techniques used
• Communicate 86'd menu items to front of house staff during the shift
