Job Description

Manage all phases of public / municipal projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost control measures. Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

3-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Public / Municipal construction. Strong understanding of government contracts and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
