Service Advisor

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients, ensuring accurate quotes Manage scheduling of fleet repairs and maintain communication with technicians and Fleet Managers Control costs and ensure quality of estimates to maintain segment profitability Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of automotive or technical experience Prior technician / mechanic experience is preferred Familiarity with key vehicle parts Dealership service advisor experience preferred Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
