Job Summary :
As the primary face of Radon Services to customers, this individual is responsible for resolving advanced service repair needs of designated equipment and drives customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. This individual is a technical expert on at least one modality and may be proficient in multiple.
Responsibilities :
- Perform Advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Lead, instruct, and assist less experienced Field Engineers; provide coaching and feedback
- Communicate with customers, serve as an escalation point, and manage customer issues from dispatch to resolution.
- Engage with team members to ensure awareness of issue status for designated customers.
- Lead and communicate HQ and Zone / Area-level initiatives.
- Co-lead regular team or modality meetings
- Partner with customers to recommend value-added services for improved business efficiency.
Qualifications :
Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of servicing electrical equipment OR equivalent military education and 4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment, OR High School Diploma / GED and 8+ years of experience servicing electrical equipmentExperience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based service process.Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.Skilled in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office suite.Must comply with Radon’s standard background check and post-offer drug screen.Compliance with customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional background checks / drug screens, is mandatoryRequirements :

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 35lbs. unassisted; frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.
