Maintenance Manager

Reports To : Equipment Controller / VP Operations

Position Overview :

Loenbro Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated maintenance manager for our growing team. Loenbro has a collaborative mentality and the drive to continuously improve which is what sets the Loenbro team at the top of the industry.

This position will oversee the maintenance and repair operations for multiple geographic areas. This position will also oversee the duties of the mechanics and shop employees involved in inspecting, repairing, fabricating, rebuilding, and maintaining both light and heavy-duty equipment.

Job Duties :

• Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professional shop and office environments.
• Ensure compliance with all Loenbro and customer safety requirements for all shop operations and field mechanics, including :

Daily safety meetings, Job Hazard Analysis reviews, and near-miss tracking.

Regular inspections, standard service intervals, and warranty or recall updates.

Safety, operation of equipment, use of tools and methods or procedures of work.

Skills / Qualifications :

Walking on uneven terrain, with an average of 2 miles per day
