Job description
  • BA / BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential)
  • Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies; Runway, Veo3 and Midjourney experience a plusMotion / film experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual / motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives
  • Proven track record of rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving under tight timelines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations, working with little direction while maintaining high quality
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Strong background in animation principles and cinematic storytelling techniques
  • Experience developing storyboards, scripts, and motion treatments to sell ideas before final execution
  • Knowledge of sound design and music integration to enhance narrative impact
