• $100K Start Date Bonus with 3 year note
• Newly Increased Compensation ranging from $245k-$285k+
• Weekend schedule working Friday / Saturday / Sunday
• Mix of 10 and 12 hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling with one weekend off a month
• Anesthesia Care Team model of 9 physicians and 14 APP’s
• Department covers 10 OR’s, 1 endo room, plus OB
• Cases to include general, ortho, neuro / spine, vascular, Gyn, urology, ENT, plastics, OB; No cardiac or trauma
• 2024 Annual case count approximately 6,900
