EVS Heavy Duty Cleaner Floor Tech (Part Time)

JOB SUMMARY :

The Heavy Duty Cleaner / Floor Tech maintains the cleanliness of the property by completing special projects and caring for casino carpets linoleum and marble.

Shift : 4am - 12 : 30pm (Friday Saturday Sunday)

JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Strips and waxes floors to include baseboards.
• Shampoos and spot cleans carpeted areas.
• Uses extractor equipment floor scrubbers and shampoo machines polishing machines special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers.
• Moves office equipment and items as directed.
• Cleans interior and exterior windows.
• Cleans signage light fixtures vents decorative greenery railings artwork and elevators.
• Operates lifts and adheres to all safety standards.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Ability to read write speak and understand English.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural ques.
• Must present a well-groomed professional appearance.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
