Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of CNC operators on 2nd shift Program, edit, and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines Read blueprints and ensure parts meet specifications Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues Manage workflow and ensure production deadlines are met Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Collaborate with engineering and management on process improvements Strong Mastercam experience Proven CNC operating and setup skills 3+ years as a Lead or Supervisor in a machining environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary : $42-$48 per hour.
