WorkFit Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced RN Supervisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and leading a committed nursing team. In this role, you will oversee nursing activities, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and develop nursing protocols to improve patient outcomes. Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated capability in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
