• Ongoing shifts to start pending credentialing
• Monday - Friday, 5x8 s possible 4x10 s
• Cases to include General, ENT, Ortho (MD doing the blocks), Urology, GYN, a lot of Endoscopy, Podiatry, Peds ENT, Some Vascular. No hearts, major vascular, or OB.
• Active OH license and life supports
• EMR is EPIC
