Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing Experience : 3 years of acute care nursing practice such as ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU / post-op recovery; Minimum 1 year experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past 2 years License : RN License any state Certifications : BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification from America Heart Association, ANCC NPD preferred Computer Skills : EMR experience and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Clinical Educator at 70+ bed hospital in AZ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Staff onboarding & orientation
- Competency management
- Department specific educational training
- AHA life safety compliance management
- Implementation of evidence-based practice (EBP) & research
- Other educational support duties and requests
Requirements :
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
