Remote VFX Outsource Artist

Job Description

• Work with the Outsource Art Team Lead and our internal VFX team to ensure that VFX assets from outsourcing partners are delivered to the expected quality level consistently, efficiently and on schedule.
• Clearly communicate all necessary information to outsourcing partners for needed edits to their deliverables in a concise and visual manner with notations,supporting images and any necessary technical information.
• Deploy and must have a strong sense of weight, timing, motion, and you demonstrate technical aptitude with Materials and Logic.
• Always relay any information that is relevant in regard to any challenges (technical & artistic) that arise when an outsourcing partner is working on an asset that the Outsource Art Team Lead should be aware of in order to get a solution provided to the outsourcing partner quickly.
• Ensure that outsourcing partner artists understand the game studio's specific techniques and best practices and use them at all times.
