Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Roofing Install Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing installation projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise roofing installation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule roofing installation crews
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality
