Location : On-site in El Paso, TX

Hourly Base Pay : $15.37 + additional bonus potential!

Schedule : Full-time positions available. Our site operates Monday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Your Role : As a Customer Service Representative, you will :

  • Provide exceptional customer service for routine inquiries via phone, email, web chats, and letters.
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information gathering.
  • Assist customers in completing online applications and submitting them.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations.
  • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English, with clear communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Additional Requirements : Participation in internal training is mandatory to succeed in this role. Candidates must work onsite at our El Paso location, as remote work is not available until after one year of employment with satisfactory performance.
