Job Description & Requirements

Shift : 3x12-Hour Day Shifts (06 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM, Fri–Sun)

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Guaranteed Hours : 91)

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in Hematology and Chemistry

Licensing : Tennessee MLT or MT license required

Certifications : ASCP or AMT (MLS or MLT)

EMR / Charting : Cerner

Key Requirements / Must-Have Skills

Hematology : Sysmex XM Series, Cellavision

Screening Questions for Candidates

Do you have at least 3 years of Hematology and Chemistry experience?

Are you experienced with Sysmex XM and Roche Cobas Pro?

Do you have Blood Bank experience, including Type & Screen, Antibody ID, DAT, and emergency release?

Are you certified as ASCP or AMT (MLT / MT)?

Do you have experience with Cerner EMR?

Can you work Fri–Sun, 6 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM?

Are you willing to float between departments as needed?

Do you hold an active Tennessee MLT / MT license (or are you in process)?
