Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under BCBA supervisionSupport skill development based on individualized treatment plansCollect accurate and timely data during sessionsWork in varied settings where support is needed - home, community, school, or clinicApply positive behavior support techniques to promote safe and healthy behaviorEncourage and assist caregivers in implementing strategies empowering client successSubmit clinical notes and timecards in accordance with company policyUphold ethical guidelines, professionalism, and confidentiality standardsSupport new team members with overlaps / shadowing when requestedArrive prepared, punctual, and ready to deliver meaningful servicesWhat We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 6 months of experience with individuals with disabilities preferredStrong communication skills and willingness to learnA heart for helping, patience, and compassionAvailability of at least 15 hours / week - afternoon / evening availability requiredMust be 18 years or olderValid driver's license & proof of auto insuranceAble to meet evaluation requirements - including background check, TB test, Fit-for-Duty exam, and immunizations (MMR & Varicella)This Career is Right for You If...
