Telecommunications Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Telecommunications Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, evaluate, and coordinate the installation of data and voice communications equipment

Design networks and oversee voice network reconfiguration and billing reconciliations

Provide team leadership to less experienced analysts and ensure proper network documentation exists

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

Five years of experience in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP)

Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager / Call Manager in Mixed Mode

Proficiency in Cisco Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, and other Cisco collaboration tools

Experience with Cisco's IOS operating systems and Telepresence Management Suite
