Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experienced in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on NA Payroll, Canada Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Benefits
• Proficient in BIP reports, HCM Extracts, Fast formula, and real-time integration with 3rd party applications using REST-based service operations
• Strong knowledge of SQL & PLSQL with performance tuning experience
• Experience in requirement gathering, design, and maintenance of HCM Cloud setups and security
• Hands-on experience in gathering requirements for integrations and report development
• Ability to present solutions effectively to clients and technical teams
