Unit Manager, Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities of the Unit Manager :

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff

• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere

Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency

Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical guidelines

Develop and implement patient care protocols

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster integrated care delivery

Unit Manager Qualifications & Skills :

Experience in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting preferred but not required

Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk, patient safety, and lead person-centered care

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
