Responsibilities :
Lead a team of Salesforce developers working on custom apps, integrations, and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.Lead Salesforce integration with external systems and enterprise clouds such as AWS and Azure, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange and synchronization.Architect solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and DevOps within Salesforce environments.Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform updates.Build and maintain the Salesforce platform for company’s specific needs Set up new users and make sure they have the right access levels Create custom reports and dashboards to track business goals Automate business processes to save time and reduce errors Train users and provide ongoing support Keep company data clean, accurate, and secure Customize fields, layouts, and workflows to match business processes Qualifications :
You must currently be located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location 20-25% travel will be required for this role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience Extensive (5 - 10+ years) Salesforce development experience In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, functionality, and best practices. Proficiency in creating profiles, assigning roles, and managing user access. Ability to manage complex datasets, use data loaders, and create reports and dashboards. Skills in setting up and managing processes to protect customer and business data. Experience with configuring the platform and implementing changes. Knowledge of tools to automate business processes within Salesforce. Ability to generate reports and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
