Project Manager – Matthews, NC Join a Leading Masonry Contractor in the Southeast! Impactful Work : Manage commercial projects that make a difference in communities, from education and healthcare to industrial facilities. Responsibilities : Lead all phases of commercial masonry projects; act as the main point of contact. Coordinate drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and CCOs using PlanGrid, BIM360, Procore. Set up and maintain projects in Sage Timberline. Review, price, and track project scope changes. Process sub invoices, COIs, and prepare subcontracts. Submit monthly pay apps (AIA G702). Collaborate closely with field staff, GCs, suppliers, and internal teams. Attend kickoff and progress meetings.

Qualifications : 3–5 years in commercial masonry (field or management); restoration experience a plus. Commercial project experience is a must. Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn Sage Timberline, PlanGrid, etc. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a team player.
