Job Title - Pharmacist Inpatient

Certifications - BLS, PharmD, ACLS

Requirements - 5 years of experience.

Graduated from a US accredited school of pharmacy

Prefer candidates that have completed an acute hospital residency program

If no residency, then 5 years hospital experience, preferably in a hospital with a bed size greater than 400

candidates must have a Doctorate in pharmacy
