Position : CNC Moldmaker
Location : Clackamas, OR
Pay : Competitive, DOE
Schedule : Full-time, with overtime as required by customer needs

The team specializes in plastic injection molds, compression molds, and die cast dies, producing high-precision tooling from complex 3D CAD data. What You'll Do
- CNC machine high-precision mold tooling from complex CAD data.
- Gain knowledge of molds and molding practices (plastic injection, compression, die cast).
- Assist in mold making programming, setup, and machining strategies.
- Operate CNC mills, high-speed milling, and other shop machinery.
- Attend kick-off meetings for mold build strategies and planning.
- Prepare sketches, 2D / 3D CAD, and job instructions with team collaboration.
- Perform inspections to ensure quality before passing components to the next stage.
- Complete paperwork and instructions for mold assembly.
- Operate multiple machines and assist with shipping / receiving as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate maintenance needs and workflow updates to supervisors.

High school diploma.Minimum 1 year CNC mill work experience.Experience programming and running CNC machines.Ability to use shop math, geometry, trigonometry, and calculators proficiently.Computer skills for inter-office communication.Ability to maintain close tolerances.The Musts
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds (with equipment for heavier loads).Effective written and verbal communication skills.Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.Preferred
Basic programming knowledge in Mastercam X (2D & 3D toolpaths).Previous mold making or precision machining experience.Next Steps
