Warehouse/Material Handler

Summary:

The daily routine involves setting up master reels of electrical cable, then cutting lengths per work order requests / pick tickets. This involves heavy lifting, bending, & kneeling. Finished work orders will either be shipped (FedEx Ground / Freight) or placed in Will Call. This warehouse focuses on teamwork and a respective culture.

Duties:

• Cut wires & cable per customer orders - must be accurate!
• Move material around warehouse
• Collect needed stock
• Run cutting machine
• Package orders
• Process orders for shipping
• Updating information and printing labels in computer
• Other duties as needed

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Will train on most items but need to be mechanically inclined and have the knowledge to measure accurately up to 1/16"
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend & twist for entire shift
• Decent computer skills
• Dependable

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, overtime possible

Pay:

$18.29 per hour

Located in Denver, near I-70 & Peoria St

Drug & background screen required (THC is not tested for Pre-employment)
