Guidewire Billing Center Business Analyst (BA) (Warren)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Guidewire BillingCenter. This individual will play a crucial role in our billing transformation initiatives, focusing on data mapping, process documentation, and report development. The goal is to ensure the successful delivery of new billing reports and analytics. This position will require close collaboration with a support team to map and write report / dashboard requirements, including requirements capturing, documentation, and stakeholder involvement.

• Required Skills & Experience :
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C insurance, with at least 2 years in Guidewire BillingCenter.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, policy lifecycle, and integration points with ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
• Proven experience in data mapping, documentation, and report / dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Guidewire certification in BillingCenter or ClaimCenter is a plus.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative delivery cycles.
