• Responsibilities
• Establish therapeutic rapport with individuals with mental, emotional, and or substance abuse issues
• Communicate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate best practice care for our clients
• Provide evidence-based therapy
• Develop and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with Insurance company requirements
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields preferred
• A master's degree and appropriate license (or pre-license) to practice mental health therapy (LPC, CSW, MFT, etc.) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to navigate and utilize computer software with training.
• Bluegrass Professional Counseling is an outpatient multidisciplinary mental health practice serving central Kentucky in five offices. We offer services to all age groups, demographics, and diagnoses. We have a very supportive, welcoming team that is passionate about their profession.
