Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Barre, Vermont.

Physical Therapist needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting!

Shift : - M-F with weekend rotation (every 4th)

Guaranteed Hours : 36

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Assess a person's condition and develop individualized plans of care to help people reach their goals and maximize mobility and independence.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person's needs are met.

Demonstrate ability to perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including ROM, strength, and balance tests.

Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to clients

Requirements :

Vermont PT licensure

Home Health experience and OASIS experience a must as this candidate will case manage

McKesson / Netsmart EMR experience strongly preferred
