Electro-Mechanical Technician Responsibilities :

• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, gearboxes, couplings, conveyor systems, and production machines
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues by observing operations, using precision measuring tools, and following diagrams, sketches, and engineering specifications
• Remove, repair and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, minor repairs and tooling replacements to ensure proper functionality
• Control downtime by informing production workers of preventive maintenance techniques and ensuring compliance
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including reports on issues, solutions and preventive actions
• Work closely with production employees, Leads, Process Managers and Engineers to maximize machine uptime and improve processes
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of tools, spare parts and materials needed for maintenance and production
• Perform required preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and workplace organization standards
