Employment Type : Full-Time / Direct Hire

Salary : $70,000 $100,000 annually

Other Compensation : $15,000 sign-on bonus

Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic team in the Finger Lakes region of New York. In this role, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients achieve their recovery goals.

Responsibilities :

Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Administer therapeutic treatments including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education

Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and home exercise programs

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care

Maintain accurate treatment documentation and compliance with industry standards

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Must hold or be eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in New York

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire

Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Ability to provide care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions

Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and assist up to 150 pounds
