Job description

Overview

We are seeking two experienced Phlebotomists to join a busy Patient Service Center in North Providence. This is a high-volume location where you'll provide direct patient care through blood draws and specimen collection. You'll work independently but as part of a supportive team, ensuring patients receive safe, efficient, and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages
  • Accurately identify patients and specimens following established protocols
  • Label, record, and log all specimens; enter data into the computer system
  • Prepare specimens for processing and testing
  • Maintain sterile equipment and follow strict safety and infection-control protocols
  • Adapt to a high-volume workflow and work independently when needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy or related clinical experience (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
  • Phlebotomy certification not required – Medical Assistants with strong blood draw experience are welcome to apply
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and patient-centered care skills

    • Schedule & Location

    Hours : Monday – Friday, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Saturday hours optional)
