Opportunity Details
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
- Our Caledonia location offers primary care services with a team of Providers that specialize in Family Medicine working together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience
- Office also offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Advent Physical Therapy and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology
- Practice currently has a team of 4 Physicians
- 4 days / week schedule with extended hours and no weekends
- No call for APP
- Very close knit & collaborative office with a supportive environment

Primary Care experience requiredAPPs : Board certified in specialty prior to employmentActive Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)DEA licenseACLS / BLS certification (must be maintained)Duties & Responsibilities
