Job descriptionJob Summary Client is seeking an experienced Cram Reports Developer to support Medicaid reporting initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining reports and data models using Oracle PL / SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics , working closely with business and Medicaid teams to enhance reporting and resolve defects. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and implement reporting solutions Build and manage data warehouse and analytics solutions Develop reports using BIRT and dashboards using Power BI Work with Azure Synapse (serverless SQL, pipelines, Spark) Fix defects and implement enhancements from the backlog Mentor junior reporting developers and support ETL best practices Required Skills Strong SQL and relational database design skills Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools (OWB / ODI) Experience with BIRT reporting Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics 12 years experience with Python, PySpark, SparkSQL Experience with structured SDLC methodologies Ability to work onsite as needed (local candidate required) Preferred Skills Business Intelligence tools (BIRT, Business Objects) Power BI dashboard development Medicaid or government systems experience
