Organizational Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in aligning development programs with FIBT-s mission, vision, and strategic goals. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual Organizational Development Strategic Plan aligned with FIBT-s business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the Organizational Development team to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Assist Director of HR in developing leadership frameworks, including succession planning and executive coaching.
• Serve as a change agent by facilitating organizational transitions and promoting adaptability across teams.
• Create and manage training programs that enhance employee performance and support career development.
• Oversee the development of internal training materials including curriculum, job aids, manuals, and catalogs.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to assess development needs and deliver targeted learning solutions.
• Partner with HR to enhance onboarding, internship programs, leadership development initiatives, and other projects as assigned.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs using data-driven insights.
• Manage the Organizational Development budget with fiscal responsibility and alignment to strategic priorities.
• Travel up to 20% to support development initiatives across FIBT locations.
