Travel Nursing Job Details Assignment Type : Travel Operating Room RN Location : Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147 Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (OR) - Circulation & Scrub Start Date : December 1, 2025 End Date : March 2, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Nursing Shift : Weekday Day Shift - five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days per week Hours per Week : 40 Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,450 - $2,620 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience Active Colorado RN license in good standing Current AHA BLS certification for healthcare providers Current ACLS and PALS certifications CNOR and CRNFA certifications required Proficiency with Cerner EMR Experience in orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, and interventional pain management procedures Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Lab experience preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, electronic health record) Lead RN Responsibilities Lead the perioperative nursing team to ensure efficient patient throughput and surgical schedule flow Coordinate daily operations and staffing in the Operating Room Serve as a preceptor and orient new clinical support team members Deliver direct patient care and provide administrative oversight Collaborate with the Surgical Services Manager to supervise and schedule healthcare staff Enhance surgical efficiencies to support surgeons, anesthesia providers, and patient flow Manage and update surgical preference cards as needed Communicate effectively and exercise independent judgment to maximize patient safety and clinical quality standards Perform standard surgical nursing functions Apply now to join our healthcare team in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and take your nursing career to the next level with this rewarding travel RN job!
