Noodle & Boo, a leader in luxury baby care, is launching the Do Gooder Club — an innovative nationwide program where moms gather to assemble 1st Night Kits for foster babies. These kits, created with Noodle & Boo donations and additional products from partners, are distributed to nonprofits supporting foster families. At each event, participants also have the opportunity to shop Noodle & Boo products, blending community, social selling, and social good in a first-of-its-kind model.
We're seeking a Director of Community & Social Selling Programs to design, launch, and scale this initiative nationwide . This role will recruit and train volunteer hosts, manage kit operations and logistics, integrate event sales, and create a movement that drives both measurable brand growth and meaningful impact for children in foster care.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage the nationwide Do Gooder Club program.
- Recruit, train, and support hosts (moms, influencers, community leaders).
- Oversee kit logistics and distribution in partnership with The Grace Foundation.
- Integrate sales opportunities with exclusive event discounts and thank-you gifts.
- Drive community engagement through events, social media, and storytelling.
- Report program outcomes — kits donated, families served, volunteers engaged.
What We're Looking For
7+ years in direct selling, social selling, cause-marketing, or community engagement .Proven ability to scale grassroots / ambassador programs nationally.Strong event and logistics management skills.Comfort balancing for-profit brand goals with nonprofit compliance requirements .A mission-driven leader who is passionate about children, families, and making a difference.Willingness to travel nationally ( 25-30% ) to support host events, connect with community leaders, and ensure program success.A natural relationship-builder and inspirational communicator who can motivate volunteers, empower hosts, and cultivate a sense of community and purpose across the network.Why Join Us
