Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Traverse City, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type : Travel

Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 / week

Active Michigan RN license

Minimum 2 years SNF / LTC & Med Surg experience – Required

BLS (AHA or ARC only) – Required

COVID vaccine – Required (Medical / Religious exemptions considered case-by-case)

Previous travel experience – Required
