Job Description & Requirements Invasive Cardiology Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Call 24;On Call Pay Rate : $2182.50 - $2362.50 This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Tuesday 7a Tuesday 7a Practice Setting : Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures : General Advanced Heart Failure cases. Credentialing timeframe : 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC Certifications required : Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Licensure required : Must be Board Certified, must have an active Washington license.
