Business Paralegal - Full Time - Salary $140 k

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following :

• Create corporate entity documents and file new and annual reports with appropriate government agencies, including the Nevada Secretary of State
• Prepare licensing and permits for various state agencies
• Prepare and maintain a database for all contracts and claims for multiple business entities
• May also be required to prepare and file eviction complaints in Justice Court, respond to unemployment claims, perform discovery, respond to subpoenas and assist in document production
• Assist in any contracts
