JOB SUMMARY
Individuals in this position will enroll, explain and promote club membership. Player’s Club Hosts maintain positive customer relations and accurate records, track current information on game and customer activity, and provide valet services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Above average and pleasant communication skills, including correct use of grammar and spelling are required. Must be computer literate, possess accurate typing skills, and have prior experience with inside sales or promotions. Requires the ability to explain programs and promotions in an uncomplicated manner. Should have retail or public interchange experience. Requires the ability to operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions. Must actively seek and participate in ongoing training.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma, or GED equivalent. Preferably speaks two or more languages fluently.
CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
